We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to lead and grow an existing team. Your team will work as part of a wider multidisciplinary group to investigate, innovate, prototype and develop applications within Mixed Reality domains (AR/VR).

  • Build and guide a team of passionate software engineers to design, develop and launch new AR/VR products in an agile environment.
  • Have an active role as a hands-on developer and code contributor.
  • Design and implement new user-facing features and applications.
  • Build the cross-platform libraries and frameworks that support fast, responsive and beautiful immersive experiences.
  • Support diverse clients, including small footprint mobile devices.



  • Proven track record as lead engineer in an innovative agile environment
  • Strong visual computing background
  • Modular design / design patterns mastery
  • Proficient with git revision control

Min Qualifications

  • MSc / PhD in Computer Science/Mathematics with specialization in graphics or AR/VR
  • Knowledge of modern game engines ( Unity, Unreal or other/proprietry)
  • Professional experience architecting, developing, and launching software products and/or services (ideally in AR/VR or game industries)

In addition, preferable skills include:

  • Technical expertise in computer graphics, computer vision, multimedia, video signal processing
  • Experience working in computer games industry
  • Strong C# development skills
  • Designing and integrating natural human interaction systems incorporating tracking and modeling the body/hands
  • Expertise with OpenGL/OpenGL ES & 3D graphics rendering pipelines
